About
Peninsula Paediatric Physiotherapy is a mobile service, servicing the Mornington Peninsula and south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. All assessments and treatments are conveniently carried out at the client’s school, home, adult day centre and local hydrotherapy pool.

Peninsula Paediatric Physiotherapy is a Registered NDIS Provider (Provider No. 4050008126) and is registered to provide individual assessment, aquatic and land-based physiotherapy and/or training of staff/carers, as well as assisting with the provision of assistive technology. All physiotherapists have a current 'Working with Children' check.

Initial appointments usually last approximately one hour and involve discussion regarding the client’s current physical status, any areas of immediate concern and the client’s short and long term goals, especially those identified in their NDIS Plan. This is followed by comprehensive assessment, which may include analysis of range of motion, strength, balance, coordination, walking and other functional activities.

From this assessment, the individual needs of the client and appropriate treatment plans are then established. All assessments and treatments are based on sound medical and scientific evidence.

Ongoing review appointments/treatment sessions generally last 45 minutes, however a shorter 30 minute review may at times be appropriate, including some aquatic physiotherapy sessions.

Councils we service: Bayside, Casey, Frankston, Glen Eira, Greater Dandenong, Kingston and Mornington Peninsula
