+ Referrals
We accept referrals from case managers, general practitioners, paediatricians, allied health professionals, schools, hospitals, community health centres and self-referrals.
+ Funding
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) (https://www.ndis.gov.au/participants.html) - individuals are eligible for the NDIS if they:
are under 65 when they make their application.
are an Australian Citizen or resident or permanent visa holder.
and meet the disability or early intervention requirements - see the access checklist for more details: https://www.ndis.gov.au/ndis-access-checklist.


Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan  – individuals with conditions that have been or are likely to be present for more than 6 months and require treatment from 2 or more health professionals may be eligible. Eligibility is determined by a doctor/GP. This plan allows for part funding for up to 5 sessions per calendar year.


Post Intervention Therapy (PIT) Funding – (https://www.rch.org.au/uploadedFiles/Main/Content/complex-care-hub/PIT_Family_Info_Flyer_RCH_July_2018.pdf) is provided for children who have had orthopaedic surgery at a public hospital in the past 30 days and require additional physiotherapy services to achieve the agreed upon goals of the orthopaedic surgery.
